Ed has been with the company since its founding in 2014. As the first hire, Ed has been an integral part of the company’s success. Ed has become an expert in quality control, shipping procedures, and production management. Additionally, his customer-first approach has helped foster a company-wide culture in doing what’s best for customers and patients.

While not working, Ed has a passion for cooking, especially barbeque, and takes pride in others enjoying his food. Ed has been married to his wife Irene for more than 35 years and has two children and one grandchild.

Chase has been with the company since 2017 and has proven to be an invaluable member of the organization. Chase is multi-talented and wears many different hats within the company. Chase is technical by nature and his attention to detail has greatly helped our company advance our products and technology.

Chase earned a bachelor's degree from Weber State University. While at Weber State, Chase was a member of the football team and earned Academic All-American while playing. While not working, Chase enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has a great love for sports and traveling. A native of Colorado, Chase is also fluent in Spanish.

Valerie joined the company in 2018 and has since worked hard to become the top revenue generator in our company, onwards to her promotion to Vice President. Due to her sales track record and leadership acumen, Valerie is relied on greatly in both administration and sales roles.

A thoughtful, talented, and strong individual, Valerie wows customers with her knowledge, expertise, and tireless work ethic. A native of South Dakota, Valerie has 23+ year foundation in nursing and 15+ years in the Photobiomodulation (PBMT) industry.

Valerie also is proud to have served 6 years in the US Army National Guard and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. One of her proudest accomplishments was winning the “Soldier of the Year” award in North Dakota, finishing 2nd in the National rankings.

Anthony recently joined the company at the end of 2023 and brings with him more than 15 years of experience managing warehouse and overall company operations. Anthony has been key in helping other companies multiple their earnings as much as 20x. Adhering to Osha, ISO, and FDA regulations and standards, Anthony will be a key leader and making sure our companies remain compliant and run efficiently.

A native of the Bay Area, California, Anthony is an avid sports fan, playing football collegiately, and now finds enjoyment in coaching his 8-year-old son’s football team. Having served in the US Army, Anthony takes great pride in his country. Anthony also spent nearly 6 years serving in the Department of Defense and Homeland Security.

Chea recently joined the company at the beginning of 2024 and brings more than 15+ years experience in the logistics industry. Tasked with coordinating all deliveries & installations, Chea uses her knowledge to find the best routes, saving the company and customers time and money. A master in importation & exportation, Chea will be relied upon greatly to enter new international markets and embark on our quest to be available worldwide.

When not working, Chea enjoys spending time with her fur babies, and her husband of 10 years Steven. As a University of Utah graduate, she is also a huge fan of their football team. A native of California, Chea has resided in Utah for more than 20 years.

Kathy has been an integral part of the company’s growth from quite literally inception and even years prior. Having been married to Charles for more than 40 years, Kathy has understood what it takes to make sacrifices for the good of the company. Now in a vital role in accelerating the growth of the company, Kathy continues to make sacrifices and more, as she makes sure the company, especially the corporate headquarters, runs in tip-top shape.

While not working, Kathy is passionate about being involved in her family’s life, most especially her dear grandchildren. Kathy is the proud parent of 8 children (3 spouses) and 10 grandchildren. An original native of Utah, Kathy returns to her home state after being in Colorado for more than 40 years.

Dante joined our company in 2024 and brings to our company with plenty of industry experience. A jack-of-all-trades, Dante wonderfully manages tradeshows, takes lead on marketing projects and campaigns, and successfully manages lead-to-close nurturing. Dante is organized, task-driven, and communicates both effectively and professionally. Dante will be relied upon greatly as we seek to achieve even loftier company goals.

While not working, Dante enjoys spending time with her husband and son. As a hard-working mother of one and one on the way, Dante balances her scheduling perfectly in order to maximize her performance in every aspect of life. Dante is a native of Utah.

Anthony joined the company in 2022 and has worked hard to pave his way as a future leader of our company. Anthony operates with excellent attention to detail and makes sure each product meets the high standards of quality control and completes the final assembly of each unit. While Anthony may be quiet, his work ethic speaks volumes. Anthony is relied upon greatly to process each order safely and efficiently onward to final release and on to the customer.

A native of Utah, Anthony is an avid sports fan, most often cheering for the Utah Jazz and Utah Utes. Bi-lingual, Anthony is often asked to translate documents and materials in Spanish and assists the sales team in various responsibilities related to his fluency of both the English and Spanish languages. Recently, Anthony married his sweetheart, Nicole, in a private ceremony in Utah.

Pat joined our company in 2022 and has been integral in growing our logistics department. Pat came to us with more than 30 years CDL experience, driving across the country and has allowed a new division within our company to take off. Our company is committed to safely delivering each of our orders in a timely manner. Managing a small fleet of 2 box trucks and 1 truck & trailer, Pat makes sure each truck has necessary compliance and registration and that all loads are transported without delay or issues.

While not working, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife Sandra, as well as spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Irene joined the company in 2022 and has played a key role in our warehouse expansion and overall efficiency. First hired as a processing specialist, Irene now manages all incoming and outgoing shipments for the company. Irene is a hard worker and is eager to put in a good day’s work.

A native of upstate New York, Irene and her husband Ed, also a company employee, have been married for more than 40 years. Irene and Ed managed the warehouse operations in our very first shop in Florida. They have since relocated to Utah where they work at headquarters full-time.

Amy came to our company in 2023 and has excelled in her role as receptionist and customer experience specialist. Amy is a pleasant presence in our office and is usually seen with a smile on her face. Not only is Amy a wonderful personality but is talented and organized in tackling any task given to her.

A native of Florida, Amy has lived in Utah for the past few years as she attended college at nearby Utah Valley University. While not working, Amy enjoys traveling and recently visited Fiji with her mother and sister.

CJ joined the company in 2023 and has quickly become a reliable and dependable employee. As this was his first job out of high school, CJ has taken his responsibilities very seriously and has gained the trust of upper management. CJ can be counted on to process, package, and fulfill shipments, while assisting in inventory management and control.

CJ is often the first to arrive at the office and rarely misses a day of work. CJ is proud to represent our company and even displays our company logo on the back window of his truck (which he recently purchased!). A native of Utah, CJ enjoys spending time outdoors. Between hunting, fishing, and off-roading, CJ gets a thrill out of local adventures.

Jeff recently rejoined the company after a year’s absence and brings back his nearly 20 years of service and experience in the light and laser industries. A first-class representative, Jeff is a true “road warrior”, often spending hours on the road supporting more than one thousand of his customers. At tradeshows you will find Jeff hugging and shaking hands with hundreds of friends and acquaintances he has made over two decades in the industry.

Jeff first joined our company in 2018 and was integral in transforming our sales department and hriing some of the best and most talented individuals in the industry. A former Coast Guard, Jeff loves to travel and spending time with his three children. Jeff resides in Florida.
