Dr. Mullican graduated in 1988 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa with research honors. In 1989 he began his practice in Dallas and within a few years, started two multiple clinics. In 1993, he earned his diplomat in clinical nutrition from the American Chiropractic Board of Nutrition and his certified clinical nutrition degree from the University of New York in 1996.
After joining Breakthrough Coaching in 2000, he converted both highly successful multiple clinics to DC/MD practices as well as his own chiropractic practice of 11 years. All have become very successful multidisciplinary clinics. Dr. Mullican was awarded the “Excellence in Chiropractic Service” award in 1993 and the Breakthrough Coaching Chiropractor of the Year Award in 2001.
His love of chiropractic and dedication to serving patients as well as his passion for helping other chiropractors become successful, has enabled him to become one of the best in chiropractic.
Dr. Mullican has been married for 30 years with five children; is active in church activities and spending time with family.
Scott Bautch, DC, DACBOH, CCST, CCSP
In 1983, he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. He is certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Occupational Health, maintains certification in Chiropractic Spinal Trauma, and is a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. He also completed a Diplomat in Occupational Health. For over 30 years, Dr. Scott Bautch has maintained a successful chiropractic practice in Wausau, Wisconsin.
In 1994, Dr. Scott Bautch was one of the founding members of Allied Health Chiropractic Centers and served as the original CEO for the largest doctor-owned Chiropractic corporation in the nation for over 10 years.
Currently, he is the President of the American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Occupational Health and sits on the American Chiropractic Association’s Business Development and Revenue Committee. Other positions he has previously held were: Past Chairman of NCHPP Chiropractic Quality Assurance Committee, Past Chairman of Security Health Plan Chiropractic Quality Assurance Committee, and Past Chairman of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association’s Occupational Health Board.
Dr. Bautch has co-authored the manual Industrial Carpal Tunnel Manual for Physicians and the book Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: A Practical Guide for Those Who Work With Their Hands.
Dr. Bautch is married and has six children.
Course Statement of Purpose and Overview:
The Photobiomodulation (Laser Therapy) Certification Training Course for Medical Professionals provides the scientific, safety, and hands-on clinical training to ensure a high proficiency of the participant in the utilization of therapy lasers in the clinical setting.
The course will enhance the future of this healing instrument by teaching the participants the proper methods of research and treatment protocols so that the therapy laser modality will become a common tool for all clinicians and safe for all patients. All participants, in addition to attending the 14 hour module, have the option of completing a competency examination.

A multiple choice written examination will be taken with proctors at the end of this presentation. A grade of 75% is required to apply for certification. Knowledge of all classroom material presented will be required.
